Fun Fact: There is evidence bed bugs have been with us for thousands of years. It’s thought they were feeding on our blood when we were living in caves and have continued to plague the human race ever since. Very helpful vid btw.

We put some furniture in storage for a few months and when we took it back out the bed had been infested with bed bugs. Fortunately we put the bed into a storage room and there it remained for several years. The room was hardly entered and no one slept there. Fortunately we live in a large house with large rooms and the bed bugs were not able to find the sleepers in any of the other rooms. They did manage to get into an adjacent room but the occupant was away at the time and stayed away for 8 months. Because they were unable to find a human source of blood all the bed bugs died from starvation. It was only after they were dead that I realised the bed/room had been infected. I found clusters of casings and the black ink stains of bed bug faeces. Had the rooms been smaller and closer together then I think the bugs would have been able to locate a sleeping human. Vacating a room is proly not going to work for most families. And most people can’t afford to vacate their entire house. But it seems to be an effective remedy. Their only source of a blood meal are humans. I’m pretty sure they will find it very difficult feeding off other mammals like pet cats and dogs and mice. Our bed bugs were all dead after about 8 months but there were several weeks of worry before we realised this. The itchy bumps and welts I was experiencing was actually contact dermatitis caused by a new type of fabric softener I’d started to use and was not an inflammatory reaction to bed bug bites. Contact dermatitis and bed bug bites can look/feel very similar . Helpful vid btw.

i was just about to tuck in bed, flipped over my blanket to find a fkin spider hiding under there and the moment i realised what it was it immediately STARED AT ME now it ran under the bed, i am no longer going to sleep tonight.

This is annoying my family think I'm crazy I threw away my bed and spent money and nothing and no one else feels them . An eco exterminator came and didn't exterminate cause he couldn't see anything I do have some on s sticke paper and showed him but he thinks it's residue ,like fricken seriously.I was so angry .But I guess the land lord dint really want to pay so nothing.waste of day & time.

For some reason, every once in a while, I will find a huge Huntsman spider in my room. I know they aren’t aggressive spiders, but they freak me out. I saw one this morning, but by the time I got back in there with the spider spray, he was gone. Scary!

I was rearranging and cleaning my room when big brown recluse crawls out of no where and the night before I stayed up all night because I felt like something was watching me and now I'm seeing things and really want these spiders gone.

I tried the dehumidifier for two weeks, and they D earth…they are still coming. When the humidifier is on, they stop. But as soon as I turn it off, they come back? But I can’t find them anywhere else in the house just the bathroom?

Ortho Bed Bug Killer spray works great Diotomaceous Earth does too but it's super messy & ruins vacuum cleaners if you can use Diotomaceous Earth spray your house all rooms & wash all of your bedding in hot water hot dryer wrap your mattress & box springs in plastic put your dresser etc. out in the patio in the hot sun & you can bag up other clothes pillows blankets in yard bags real tight & put those in the hot sun & shampoo hair with Eucalyptus essential oil in your shampoo I just spray the bites w/ alcohol
